By accessing or using SellRight AI (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

SellRight AI is an AI-assisted sales outreach platform that helps businesses manage WhatsApp conversations, draft messages, and book appointments. The Service uses large language models to generate suggested replies and automate routine follow-ups on your behalf.

3. WhatsApp and Messaging

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of WhatsApp through the Service complies with Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business API policies, including obtaining any required opt-in consent from your contacts before sending them messages.SellRight AI is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages that violate applicable law, including anti-spam and consumer-protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI models to draft outreach messages and suggest replies. All AI-generated content is a suggestion only. You are responsible for reviewing drafts before sending and for any messages sent from your WhatsApp number. SellRight AI does not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or compliance of AI-generated content with applicable laws.

5. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You grant SellRight AI a limited licence to process the data you provide (lead information, conversation history, calendar data) solely for the purpose of providing the Service. 6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• Use the Service to harass, deceive, or harm individuals.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
• Reverse-engineer or extract the underlying AI models or system prompts.
• Resell or sublicence the Service without written permission.

7. Intellectual Property

SellRight AI and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including the software, design, and documentation. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over it.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability. SellRight AI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellRight AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where SellRight AI is incorporated.
